Okay readers. I’m laying it all out on the line here. I’m going to share recordings of my own self singing some of my favorite, inspiring songs.
I am not a professional recording artist, but I admit, I am proud of how well these turned out and am excited to share the messages they contain.
This song first won my heart, as it affirms the divine and important role of mothering. I just scanned this picture that sits over my fireplace, to go along with the song. I don’t even remember where I got it. This is called An Eternal Mother, painted by A. Oddous. Besides the shimmer, isn’t this gorgeous?

I LOVE these messages and feel it is so important to model this to our children.
“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” ~ Philippians 4:8

It’s so important, in the morally corrupt world we live in, to preserve and safeguard our children’s innocence as long and valiantly as possible.

“…ye have in heaven a better and an enduring substance.” ~Hebrews 10:34
“Our birth is but a sleep and a forgetting:
The Soul that rises with us, our life’s Star,
Hath had elsewhere its setting,
And cometh from afar:
Not in entire forgetfulness,
And not in utter nakedness,
But trailing clouds of glory do we come
from God, who is our home:
Heaven lies about us in our infancy!” ~William Wordsworth
I know that our Heavenly Father and Jesus love us, and have made it possible for us to live eternally with them and our loved ones. We just need to be open to whatever truth He sends us, even from unexpected sources, and then follow His guidance.

Thanks for telling me, Suzanne! Otherwise, I don’t know if anyone is listening
God bless you too!
It took me a few days to listen to them all but I just finished and LOVE it! You have a beautiful voice, and each song is so uplifting and inspiring. I’ve never heard any of them before!
I googled the “Eternal Mother” art piece. The first three sites were your blog =) and the next three were some European site. I don’t know how I could find a copy for myself but I would love one.
Thank you so much for all you do, and for sharing these songs that help me rise above the challenges that can keep me from being the mother I want to be. I played these at bedtime and my kids loved them too.
You have a beautiful voice. That keeping sheep song has been on my mind since I listened to you sing it. Thank you for sharing. It spoke to my heart. I also love the “Eternal Mother” art piece and am wondering how to get a copy.
